This is me.......a year ago
I mean really women were made to have babies, we stretch till we can stretch no more. Why can't we just have the baby, and bam we are back to our pre-pregnancy glory?????
Right now I weigh in at 155lbs. Ouch, it hurts saying that. I want to lose 30lbs, and get back to my pre-pregnancy weight of 125lbs.
Exersiceing is not a problem for me, I love to do it. I love how I feel when I get the natural high that comes with it. I've ran a several 5k's, one half marathon, and a full marathon, and I would love to run another full marathon in the near future. Food is what's going to be my problem. When pregnant, I eat.......ALOT. And it's not just healthy food, in fact I think it was mostly junk food. A little ice cream here, brownie there, and everything in between. So I'm hoping to get rid of my weight by eating a lot less junk. My goal is no eating after 8pm(that's going to be hard), no more soda, less candy, chips, and all that jazz. And a little more leafy greens, veggies, and fruits.
I've just joined a biggest loser challenge, and hope that by joining it, and having to post my weight weekly that it will help me keep up with my weight loss.
This is my journey to my pre-pregnancy glory.
